《習(xí)近平談治國(guó)理政》第三卷中英文版近日面向海內(nèi)外發(fā)行。百通社從7月2日起推出12期雙語(yǔ)課堂，帶你學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記著作中的關(guān)鍵詞。今天的關(guān)鍵詞是“一國(guó)兩制、和平統(tǒng)一”(One country，Two systems and Peaceful Reunification of China)。

　　保持香港、澳門(mén)長(zhǎng)期繁榮穩(wěn)定，實(shí)現(xiàn)祖國(guó)完全統(tǒng)一，是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的必然要求。必須把維護(hù)中央對(duì)香港、澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)全面管治權(quán)和保障特別行政區(qū)高度自治權(quán)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái)，確保“一國(guó)兩制”方針不會(huì)變、不動(dòng)搖，確保“一國(guó)兩制”實(shí)踐不變形、不走樣。必須堅(jiān)持一個(gè)中國(guó)原則，堅(jiān)持“九二共識(shí)”，推動(dòng)兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展，深化兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和文化往來(lái)，推動(dòng)兩岸同胞共同反對(duì)一切分裂國(guó)家的活動(dòng)，共同為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興而奮斗。

　　Maintaining lasting prosperity and stability in Hong Kong and Macao and achieving China's full reunification are essential to realizing national rejuvenation. We must ensure both the central government's overall jurisdiction over the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and a high degree of autonomy in the two regions. We should ensure that the principle of “one country, two systems” remains unchanged, is unwaveringly upheld, and in practice is not bent or distorted. We must hold the one-China principle and the 1992 Consensus, promote the peaceful development of cross-Straits relations, deepen economic cooperation and cultural exchanges between the two sides of the Straits, and encourage fellow Chinese on both sides to oppose all separatist activities and work together to realize China's national rejuvenation.

　　中國(guó)人不打中國(guó)人。我們不承諾放棄使用武力，保留采取一切必要措施的選項(xiàng)，針對(duì)的是外部勢(shì)力干涉和極少數(shù)“臺(tái)獨(dú)”分裂分子及其分裂活動(dòng)，絕非針對(duì)臺(tái)灣同胞。兩岸同胞要共謀和平、共護(hù)和平、共享和平。

　　As Chinese, we should not fight each other. We do not renounce the use of force and reverse the option of taking all necessary measures. This is to guard against external interference and a tiny number of separatists and their activities for “Taiwan independence”. In no way does it target our fellow Chinese in Taiwan. We people on both sides should work together to pursue peace, protect peace and enjoy peace.
